SHIPPING info + Policies:
All items are handmade to order and shipped from my studio in Brighton, UK. Shipping times vary depending on how busy the studio is, with typically dispatch within 2-3 weeks. Priority dispatch is available upon request, for which there is a flat fee of £45.00+VAT.
All international items are tracked and signed using Royal Mail or UPS courier. UK bound items are sent 1st class, tracked & signed if unframed and with UPS next-day delivery if framed.

do the prints come framed?
All prices are for unframed prints. I can however frame prints up to A1, for standard or custom sized prints. All the frames are made to order, using narrow matt black aluminium profiles and white mounting. They also include acid free backing to help preserve and protect the print. Due to the frames being shipped, the glazing used is a type of acrylic plastic called clear-view, which is a lightweight and less fragile alternative to glass. Framing costs are outlined below (excluding VAT & delivery):

Do you do designs other than maps?
Yes I do. I can create one-off design in an architectural style, these have ranged from buildings to animals. These types of commissions are charged at a different rate to the maps - just get in touch via the contact or commission page to find out more.
can the maps be of anywhere in the world?
Yes, within reason! Some areas may vary aesthetically due to the amount of data available. In cases where the subject area is very remote or rural, it is often best to ‘zoom out’ so as to incorporate as much detail as possible. If you’re unsure, just let me know and I can recommend the best composition for your print.
CAN I CHange the title/add a subtitle?
No problem at all - all prints are made to order, so just send me a message with any customisation requests and I can create something unique, just for you.
do you ship internationally?
Yes, including framed prints. Shipping charges apply - please see above.
HOW ARE THE PRINTS PACKAGED?
If unframed, each print is wrapped in acid-free tissue paper before being rolled in large diameter (150mm) sealed tubes. If framed the item is bubble-wrapped with foam edge protectors before being packaged in twin-wall cardboard. Please note that where possible, packaging is recycled so appearances of item packaging can vary.
REFUNDS, cancellations AND Exchanges:
Due to each piece being made to order I unfortunately can’t accept refunds, unless the print was damaged in transit or not as described before posting (each print is previewed digitally before being made). Please contact me ASAP in the event of wanting to cancel an order, as if the print goes into production I will have to charge for the print, or at least the cost of printing, depending on the stage of production. As each piece is made to order I can’t accept exchanges at this time. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding the above!
